If you do not agree to these terms, please do not place an order or use this website.

Jack Watches sells high-quality super clone timepieces. These watches are replica products and are NOT genuine luxury watches.

Jack Watches is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to Rolex SA, Audemars Piguet, Patek Philippe, Richard Mille, Omega SA, Cartier International, IWC Schaffhausen, Officine Panerai, Hublot SA, Breitling, Tudor, or any other watch manufacturer or their parent companies.

All brand names, model names, and reference numbers mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. These names are used solely for descriptive and comparative identification purposes and do not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship.

Products are sold for personal use and private collection only. Resale of these products as genuine brand watches is strictly prohibited and is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the nature of the product, that it is a replica timepiece, and that you are purchasing for personal use only.

This website is an independent retailer of replica timepieces. We have no business relationship of any kind with the luxury watch brands whose names and reference numbers appear on this site.

The use of brand names on this site constitutes nominative fair use for descriptive purposes only — to identify the style, design, or reference that a given replica is modeled after.

We do not use, reproduce, or display the official logos, wordmarks, or copyrighted marketing materials of any luxury watch brand.

If you are a representative of a brand and have an intellectual property concern, please contact us at legal@jackwatches.us before initiating formal proceedings. We respond to all legitimate IP notices within 5 business days.

All orders are initiated via WhatsApp. An order is confirmed only after you have approved the QC photos of your specific watch and payment has been received in full.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

Prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is confirmed at the time of your WhatsApp agreement.

We accept bank wire transfer and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC-20, Bitcoin). Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

All payments are non-refundable once the order has been confirmed and QC photos approved by you.

We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, or chargebackable payment methods.

Before any order ships, we conduct a full inspection of your specific watch. Real photographs are sent to you via WhatsApp for your approval.

We will not dispatch your order until you explicitly confirm approval of the QC photos.

Once you approve and the order ships, the sale is considered complete.

Due to the nature of our products, all confirmed sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from the approved QC photos, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will review your case.

All timepieces include a 1-year movement warranty from the date of dispatch. This covers mechanical defects in the movement.

The warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, water damage, accidental damage, or damage resulting from improper use or servicing by an unauthorised party.

Warranty claims are handled via WhatsApp. We may request video evidence of the defect before proceeding.

We ship via DHL Express and FedEx Priority in discreet, unmarked packaging. Tracking is provided upon dispatch.

The buyer assumes full responsibility for compliance with the import laws and regulations of their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities. In the event of a customs seizure, we will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee replacement.

Jack Watches' liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We make no representation that any product will meet any specific purpose beyond personal collection use.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial law.

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation via WhatsApp before any formal proceedings.
