My name is Jack. I started this because the market was broken.
In 2018, I was a watch collector spending weekends on forums trying to figure out which sellers were trustworthy and which would take my money and disappear. The information was scattered. The QC standards were inconsistent. The packaging was embarrassing.
I had a background in logistics and sourcing. I knew how to vet manufacturers and build supplier relationships. So I started Jack Watches to do what I wished someone had done for me: operate a service that treats buyers like adults.
