Tracking is provided as soon as your order ships. You receive a tracking number via WhatsApp.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No branding, logos, or reference to Jack Watches on the outside.

Inside, your watch is secured in a presentation box with foam inserts.

Before any watch is packed and shipped, we conduct a full quality control inspection.

Real-shot photographs of your specific watch are sent to you for approval via WhatsApp. We ship only after you confirm.

We have extensive experience shipping to the United States and handle customs declaration on our end.

In the rare event of a customs issue, contact us immediately on WhatsApp and we will resolve it.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of the delivery date.

We handle all claims personally.
